Visitors are also welcome throughout the year but please call the office on 0121 704 1936 beforehand to be sure that the course is not busy at the time you want to play. Visitors should always be ready to show their handicap certificates.
Green Fees for Casual Visitors
1st April to 31st October Monday to Friday (inclusive) £40.00 for 18 holes.
£45.00 for 27 holes.
£50.00 for 36 holes.
A 20% reduction is offered from November through to March
If playing with a member £15.00 for 18 holes.
Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays - visitors allowed only if playing with a member.
The club is situated five minutes from the centre of Solihull , twenty from Birmingham and only 1.5 miles from Junction 5 of the M42 motorway giving easy access to the M1, M5, M6 & M40 motorways.
Birmingham International Airport and the NEC are only 5 miles away whilst the International Convention Centre, and the National Arena are twenty minutes by car.
Hotels range from 2 - 5 star within a 2 mile radius and the towns of Stratford upon Avon, Worcester, Warwick, Wolverhampton and Leamington are all within 30 miles.
CONDITIONS FOR VISITING SOCIETIES
The Club wishes to ensure that Societies enjoy their visit and playing our Course.
Details agreed with organisers are published to members so that they can arrange their games to fit in with visitors and it is therefore essential that such arrangements are strictly adhered to.

Bookings are normally accepted only from E.G.U. registered societies whose members have recognised Club Handicaps and a Handicap Certificate may be requested.

An authorised copy of the Club's Booking Form, with all relevant details, confirms the booking. Confirmation of numbers is required at least 3 days before the event, or deposits may be retained.

On arrival, the Organiser must report to the Secretary's Office, or Club Professional, at least 30 minutes prior to play to confirm details of numbers, starting times, payment of fees and to collect green fee tickets. A copy of your Start Sheet would be appreciated.
STRICT ADHERANCE TO AGREED TEE TIMES IS VITAL AS MEMBERS HAVE PRIORITY OUTSIDE THOSE AGREED TIMES

Societies always play from YELLOW TEES.

We especially request that your players are conversant with the rules, and etiquette of golf.

Avoid slow play, repair all pitch marks on the greens, replace divots and rake all bunkers after any shot played from them.

Tailored shorts are permissible, but only when worn with either knee length or white sports ankle socks. Jeans, tee shirts or trainers are not permissible at any time. Collared shirts should be tucked into trousers or shorts.

Electric trolleys are allowed if ground conditions permit, which is displayed on the day. No buggies are available for hire, and own buggies can only be used by visitors if supported by medical evidence.

We especially ask that mobile phones are not used within the Clubhouse, on the patio, or on the Course.
CLUBHOUSE - DRESS
DINING ROOM - Jacket with collar & tie (or cravat) at all times. (Click here for menu)
HEATON LOUNGE - Smart casual, excluding the clothes you have played golf in that day, until 7.00pm. Jacket, collar & tie thereafter.
A no smoking policy operates in the above two rooms, smoking is allowed in the TV and Bar areas only until 1st July 2007.
Visitors are requested to give consideration to Green Staff and are reminded that they have priority at all times.

The Ladies Visitors Change in the Lady Members Locker Room through the door on the side of the Club House. No towels are provided. The Male Visitors Changing Room is located on the 'Course side' of the Clubhouse and access is from the terrace only. No towels are provided.

The Club accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. Personal belongings and golf clubs should be locked away immediately after play.
